"We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages. "Angra Marina Hotel (Azores, Terceira) I stayed at this hotel in April 2025. Perfect location, close to everything. Nice ocean views from my room (a big balcony): a fortress, a port, mountains. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast! "

"We were told there was no air conditioning within the hotel but a/c was on @ breakfast but not in the rooms. Place is run down some rooms need a candle to see in the bathroom. Recommend 2nd floor if you may have difficulities lifting luggage up flight of stairs. "
