"The stay was in a nice location. Great views. The staff was nice but needs to be more organized when having a booking. Also when you ask for something needed to go a few times to the Reception because nothing arrived on the room. The restaurant was supposedly a one star Michellin, the service and food was not up to par. The parking needs to have more explaining on the terms and conditions. But overall it was nice. "

"Overall we were very impressed with the hotel. There were 2 small issues we had, we could not find the access to the car park, a map prior to arrival would of helped, the second issue was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room."

Was able to check in as soon as I walked from the bus station at about 13:30. Great location. Didn't check out the facilities but thought it was odd that there was no wall art in an "Arthotel". "

"The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point. "

"Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. Because everything was in a different language, we were not able to use the television. For the amount of money we paid for this room we expected to have the services...

"Hotel was clean,staff was efficient. Reasonably priced and very central to City centre. Covered parking was a godsend. Took a little while to find how to get to the Hotel itself. You can see it from the main road through but finding the right way to go to get to it was challenging but thats no fault of the hotel. Great stay. Thank you "
