"I did not have an opportunity to notify the hotel in advance that I would need an airport pickup. Managed to call them and they sent a vehicle. Arrived and found they had no reservation for me, but gave me the "walk-in" price which was the same. When I requested transportation back to the airport the following day, I was told they were "booked up" and I would need to hire a taxi at MY expense.
