We had a wonderful stay overall. The rooms was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Special thanks to the front desk team, who were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make our family feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were always smiling from the time we arrived and tears when we left. The diving and snorkelling and private beach was amazing. We had a day on a boat with coraya dive team which are with the hotel we’re great safe and knowledgable regarding the sea life my step daughter was a bit scared but they kept her reassured and looked after her as she swam with the turtles

We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

Our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh was unforgettable, and this resort exceeded all expectations! Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special. The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun....

We had a great stay in Iberotel Makadi beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The room was clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home and the beach/amenities are very good. I recommend this hotel and will be going back again in my next visit to Egypt

Having read about 5* hotels in Egypt being a big over claim, we were preparing ourselves expecting the photos to have flattered the place, assuming it would be a bit tatty, not necessarily perfectly clean, boring food and maybe a patchy level of service. Nothing could have been further from the truth, it was SUPERB. Add to that all the staff were warm and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. We seemed to be the only English family in the hotel, which I have never experienced...

Solymar made my first time in marsa alam memorable. It's a definite comebackable hotel. The staff members are just lovely and friendly and are always smiling. Solymar will always be my choice and my recommendation to others. Thanks for an unforgettable family vacation.

The property was very clean and big. You can be sure to walk off all the food from the all inclusive. The staff are very welcoming. Special mention to reception staff Lewis and Leno Reis who were patient with our requirements and also made recommendation on must visit local places. They were always on hand with any queries we had. Also a special mention to bar member Giovanni who went out of his way to ensure he assisted me as i was carrying a baby and another child on hand. We had a lovely warm welcome, were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to a few problems we encountered however Mr Sayed fixed this within a matter of moments. The staff are amazing, the restaurants are fabulous (we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the Indian restaurant)... All the pool areas are just awesome. We absolutely loved it and would def go back in an instant. We took a walk around to the nearby hotel complexes and they were horrible, nothing like the well maintained Rixos....

We stayed during Christmas 2012 with our adult children on half board basis (NB: there are few, if any, restaurants outside of the hotel complex). The hotel and its food were superb and the beach and sea at 21C offered amazing swimming and snorkelling. There was a host of recreational activities to suit all ages and levels of activity (many free, but some chargeable but not in local currency - usually Euros). Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.

Everyone from the hotel staff, to the cleaners, to the animation team we're nice and welcoming. I'm very picky with food but they had a massive variety and everything was clean and tasty. However if your someone that's looking to be close to the city centre this isn't the hotel for you as it's quite far from hurghada.

My second stay at Amarina Jannah this year. Loved it the first time, second visit was just as good, if not better. All the staff and managers were friendly and attentive to details. All were happy to chat to everyone.The buffet food was varied and well cooked. The a-la-cart restaurant food were a little bit 'special'. Definitely will return 2025 as I was treated as family not just another guest.

Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.

Stunning hotel, lovely staff, and a wonderful variety of food. Perfectly located on a quiet private breach. The hotel describes itself as "six star". It lives up to this.
