"Will, the concierge at the front desk, was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us make our daughters bucket list trip awesome! The valet was awesome as well! We arrived tired and irritated, and the valet, I wish I could remember his name, put our minds at ease and took care of us and our vehicle with the greatest understanding. Monica and Charles in the restaurant, pure angels! The bartender at Bar Vin, awesome cannot rememher name but she's only there Wednesday and Thursday! If I was going to say anything negative, it would be the music at the clubs surrounding the hotel, going until early morning on Thursday night into Friday. This really is an awesome hotel! We will book it again!"

"The first room was not clean and towel smell was not good. For one night I thought it would be okay but something bit me during night. The swelling shape was not mosquito. I wanted to get a spray but the staff offered another room to exchange. That room was clean and towel was clean and not smelly. The staff all on the front were nice and professional."

"The lady checking us in was rude and tried to charge us way more than what we booked online. Joseph was professional and got it taken care of. Breakfast especially the taco bar was delicious. The valet parking was good as well. The water pressure in the rooms may be the worst that I have ever had in a hotel. Overall we had a good time."

"Definitely book this hotel — it is worth it, especially if you can get it in the $100-$190 range per night. It’s a beautiful hotel, the bed is super soft, amenities are updated and nice. The rooftop was great and the bars were great, the food was solid too. Good location. One of the staff members came off a bit rude, but it was most likely due to how busy they were at the time. One of the bartenders was an ***hole though, which wasn’t the best experience as we were celebrating a special occasion. Vonn at the front desk was amazing!"
