"No hot water, AC barely worked, standing water in the shower. The texting number took forever to respond with. Transportation was also very very slow. However the desk clerk when I first checked in was very kind and helpful"

"Amazing place, well maintained and clean. Only issue is that it's a drive to Old Town Scottsdale and and centers. But their Bellhop team and SUV's are available to run you anywhere in a 5 mile radius and are all amazingly friendly. And I believe the gym needs to be bigger with more equipment."
