"Casa Palma was a hidden gem. We picked it randomly when our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Palm Springs for two days. The hotel could not be cuter or more comfortable and accommodating. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rochelle at the bar made our day. Allison, the evening manager went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and I literally would return to Palm Springs simply because of this hotel and the staff. "
