"Just the basics. Clean room. Not many amenities. Had a few problems during stay: cold water in shower took a few days to fix. Door lock system shut down one morning and I didn't get back into my room after trying to grab coffee. caused an hour delay on a very important meeting prep day."

"Mineral Springs were excellently clean, refreshing and healing. Staff could of been a little friendlier but they were vert courteous. Facilities were excellent. Adam at Capri's Restaurant was an awesome waitor! Great time. Can't wait to go again soon!"

"Comfortable beds and great pool area. Needs a little upkeep as the rooms are older, but they are spacious, comfortable and all have balconies or pool access. Super nice staff. "

"This should not be referred to as a resort. IT IS NOT A RESORT. No Valet. No Doorman. No bell service. No Gift shop. No concierge. Broken elevator. Booked specifically to have a restaurant. Had 45-50 minutes for breakfast last Sunday, sat there for a half hour and no one looked at me. I had to ask the table next to me how does one get table service? I even called the front desk and asked them to send a waiter to my table and NOTHING. It was busy because of BNP Paribas - but they have that event every year SO STAFF FOR IT! That’s why the prices go up exponentially is because everyone comes in to town for this tennis tournament. I Ended up having to quickly check out and find somewhere to have breakfast so I could leave for the tournament. Very disappointing. I left feeling ripped off."

"We were so glad that we chose to stay here instead of one of the lower priced. Hotels, like BW. Such a nice resort. The pool and Jacuzzi area are beautiful, clean and refreshing. The staff are hospitable and helpful. As you walk through the breezeways, you feel cool because there’s a lot of shade on the INTERIOR of the resort. Next time we’re going to try to book a room with a little patio. And the smell of blossoms from the citrus trees all around you is fantastic. A wonderful on clave."
