We are travel with our twin 1 yr olds. We requested two cribs, we received 2 pack and plays. We didn’t mind the pack and plays, just one was broken and didn’t fully open. They didn’t have sheets for them for us to use. The room was large, but dirty. The ceiling was falling down from looks like a water leak in 2 spots. 1 spot being over the end of the bed and the other in the living room area. When you walked into the room, it smelled of urine. The floor on the right side of the bed was wet in 3 different spots, pretty gross. There was sticky residue on the floor and hair in the shower. Pretty disappointed.

The room, pool area, and hotel were quite clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast offerings were as one would expect. The only negative of this stay was the breakfast area. The food was fine, but the dining area seemed understaffed. The tables weren’t cleaned, the cutlery wasn’t being restocked, and the trash cans were full. Only one gentleman was working and he couldn’t keep up with demands. Overall, safe and clean property in an excellent location. I’d certainly stay here again.

Nice stay
Very nice Hampton, convenient for a shopping weekend! I was impressed with the workout room (Peleton bike!) and the breakfast. For the breakfast, They had a large variety, and a nice staff member who actually kept up with cleaning and stocking (rare, these days!) would recommend for a quick stay!

When i arrived the person at the front desk appeared as though i was bothering her. She had her phone up the entire time. She didn’t even tell me my room number or wait for me to leave the desk before she went back behinr a locked door. When I got to the 4th floor there was bunch of litle boys playing hockey in the middle of the hallway while two moms stood and watched. All they could say is "I hope you don't have to go past them to get to your room". The boys could be heard on the 1st floor so I'm not sure why it was being allowed.

Very sorry that when you checked in it was poor front desk adequate will be something that will be address, as to the kids playing on the 4th floor I myself is actually shocked I went up after my shift to actually talk to the parents and the kids about the situation once again I am very sorry for the experience you received when you stayed but once we do value and appricate you staying @ the SW Hampton Inn location.

Nice place all around. Clean, friendly staff, room as nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Wouldn't go there for breakfast if I wasn't staying there, but that's true of any hotel breakfast.

Our thermostat in our room did not work, said error. There was missing part on nightstand/console between beds. I hope they do not think we did that. Breakfast, muffins seemed dried out. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

As someone that only seeks out Hampton hotels for my overnight stays this facility shows its age. Cleaning carpets and room repairs need to be done with some better maintenance

Conditioner in the shower empty. The shower head was poor as about 1/3 of the water continued to come out of the bathtub spout. The faucet in the sink cannot be turned to either hot or cold due to design. By the bedside there are no places to plug in devices for charging so the phone needs to be across the room. Bed and linens nice but the little things woudl have made it much better.
