My wife and I love this hotel, but this stay had a few more bumps: Check in: check in we will blame on getting in very late, but It took some time to get help to get checked in with no way to contact anybody. Staff member was speedy and kind with us. It was pretty smooth sailing from there. Cleanliness: lobby was pristine. Hotel looks very nice. The room was clean (minus the curtains but that’s not an easy task). There was one table that had a hand print on it, but with everything else they have to do I’m not mad at all. Room: room was nice, bed was so nice! Probably would say using a king it might need another pillow or two, but that’s just personal preference! A bit outdated, but like I said it was clean so that’s fine enough. The door frame was falling apart and some of the outlets didn’t work, but that is really my only little complaints about the room. Bathroom: vent was gross. The sink was having issues draining. Didn’t call anyone cause it did its job enough and truthfully I don’t like people in my room once I’m in there. The water for the shower was lukewarm and I’m someone who loves HOT showers. My wife doesn’t and it was cold even for her. Check out: easy. Easiest check out we’ve ever had. Contactless text so we could just go right out to the car. It was just that simple. Pool: didn’t use the pool but from the elevator it looked really nice in there! ***parking lot was under construction. Less quiet and harder to park. No impact on rating!

We have actually stayed at this property a few times as it is close to the medical facility we are going to. We have not had issues until this stay when we were asked upon arrival if they could offer us another room or did we need the accessible room we booked.

This hotel made for a quick overnight stay, right of I35. Having a restaurant within walking distance was a plus and the gals at the front desk were very friendly.

I first walked into the building to wait 10 minutes for a frowny faced female staff to finally walk up to the counter. This was after loudly blowing her nose without washing her hands, constantly rubbing her nose with her hands she didn’t wash, then touched my ID and credit card with said nasty hands. I tried to make small talk with her and she just seemed bothered by me. I rushed to my room to clean my hands and cards to then go to our room to find dirty towels to clean my hands with, bloody sheets filled with other people’s hair, filthy comforters, a used coffee cup on the chair, and napkins on the floor. The towels were not clean and the shower was filled with hair. I ended up leaving after a few hours because it was so dirty. They allow dogs, however they don’t monitor people not picking up dog poop and it’s everywhere outside so you’re constantly having to make sure you’re not stepping in it. The outside trash bins are constantly overflowing. So disgusting. It’s a convenient location, but there are two other hotels right next to this filthy place. I felt as though I was staying at a roach motel which is sad considering how much I paid to stay there.

Staff was EXCELLENT! The gentleman at check-in arranged adjoining rooms for us, and our daughter-in-law & granddaughters, which worked perfect for us as it provided extra room and seating. Also, needed plates/napkins/forks and extra garbage bags, for a volleyball team pizza party, and staff was very accommodating. Oh and…COOKIES!!! Yay!!! ;) Yummy!!

Love the suite we got, very spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and safe. The only negative thing was a couple of maintenance things things. Will go back in the futre.
