Travelling with three kids, we had a good experience for our one night transit. The property provides breakfast included in the reservation and the customer desk opens for 24 hours.

We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm. No one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said "I will be right back." Some people in the breakfast area said the hotel worker had been gone for about a half hour. We waited and waited. Finally, I tried to call the hotel hoping she had a phone with her. NOPE the phone at the front desk rang and rang. I went to several locked doors and knocked to see if she was in one of the rooms. I even knocked on the laundry room door. I was about ready to climb over the front desk and get the key. We were tired and had people already checked in waiting for us. Finally, after about 20 minutes she returned. She said she was in the laundry room - I had knocked on the laundry room door and no one answered. She said she was waiting for the towels to dry!! Why couldn't she wait at the front desk?? It started our stay off on a negative note. I had reserved 3 rooms. One of the rooms had a bad smell. The others were OK. Not a great hotel.

The room had an awful smell and there were multiple maintenance issues. Due to the smell, we were unable to stay. Told the front desk but their computers were down so we could not try a different room. Lost out on a good chunk of money. Staff were friendly though.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. We didn’t know they didn’t have an elevator. They gave us a second floor room and I had recently injured my knee. So, the staff upgraded our room to a first floor suite! Otherwise, very clean and well kept hotel with a very nice pool. It’s a little hard to find because it’s behind a car dealership. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

The furniture in the room was damaged and falling apart. The metal on the bathtub was rusted and cracked. The fan in the bathroom was very loud.

We enjoyed the fact that it was easy to get to right off the interstate, but you have to drive through a car dealership parking lot to get to it! The one thing we did not like about this particular motel was although the breakfast was somewhat hot and plentiful, they are not diabetic friendly at all! When asked about certain things such as sugar free syrup for the waffles, or anything else sugar free they just look at you like your some kind of freak! Other than that it is a great place to stay!

Easy to find and easy parking. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk and breakfast crew were very customer service oriented. Would stay here again.

The room was pretty dirty when we arrived, recepricles and outlets were loose from Walls and baseboards were loose too, which although not seeing any makes me nervous about things crawling through. There was no screen on window. I have a baby and four year old twins With me. I expected better from a hundred dollar hotel. The hot breakfast was very tasty.

Rented 2 rooms, fridge hadn't been cleaned in one, rotting food smell, liquid in freezer compartment. Toilet clogged in the other. We like the hot breakfast of making your own waffles, sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. It was nice to have orange juice, coffee, and teas too. Since we're in a time crunch, we like the convenience of NOT having to find breakfast elsewhere.
