"Great waterpark, good service and helpfull staffs, entertainment area was very accommodating for kids. Although the hotel is big, you could always request for hotel buggies to transport within the hotel. Easy access to book excursions just outside hotel. Overall, had a lovely time at the property. "

"The location is the best thing about this place , the beautiful beach is literally a stone’s throw away , stunning food in all directions the lifetime beach bar food is amazing and avli restaurant just around the corner is truly stunning, it’s a basic hotel with a massive comfy bed but the family that run it are so friendly too definitely would go back , well we did it’s our second time and will be going again "
"Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!"

"Had a lovely stay, really lovely villa and the owner was very nice and helpful and had also left us a few snacks and a bottle of water on arrival which was appreciated.
They also allowed us a late check out as no new arrivals were coming on that day.
Would definitely stay again."
"We stayed for 2 nights at Karras Hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on resting and enjoying their room & amenities.
Our room had several issues:
- water from the main drain in the bathroom was constantly backfilling after showers and flooding not only the bathroom but also our room. We had to move our things around and put down towels to prevent the water from ruining our things.
- leaking pipping under the sink, all our towels were wet with dirty water
- phone in room not working
- supporting mirror in bathroom loosely fixed to the wall, can easily fall and hurt someone or break the main mirror
We notified the staff of some of these issues during our stay, we could only temporarily have another room to shower and come back to our original room.
When we checked out we notified the staff of all these issues and they didn’t write down any of these problems.

"A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place."
"A really pleasant hotel with amazing staff. We had a private pool and it was lovely for the kids to be able to dip in and out. The overall hotel facilities were good, the pool and beach bar were good. Having a small beach effectively to ourselves was also great. It's reasonably good for snorkelling.
The food was very good and plenty of variety on offer.
The only thing I did not like was that the property is some distance from a shopping area, so would suggest a car to people. Although there are plenty of trips and tours arranged by the excellent concierge at the hotel."
