The staff are warm and polite without being intrusive. Breakfast buffet has a vgood choice of local and international dishes. Just a tip tho, be patient at the reception desk. Some guests take a v long time to check-in or out. When they are busy you may wait awhile. Jakarta Fairmont is a luxury hotel in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended. "
