My boyfriend and I stayed there for the weekend and our room's air conditioning wasn't working right. I ended up getting sick because it was hot in there. We ended up opening the windows in the bedroom and the living room course. they only open a tiny bit. My boyfriend took me outside in 30° weather just to cool off in the middle of the night because we were both sweating and I was about to pass out. on Monday morning when we were checking out I did let them know that something was wrong with the AC cuz it was barely running and I did get points on my Marriott app. other than that the room was clean a little dated but they said they were all being redone. Everything else worked in the room It was just hot. Checking in and checking out the front desk staff was great and friendly.

Staff at check in was more concerned about her phone. We were told our room was around the back. She never informed us there were multiple entrances. Took us 15 mins to find our room. We also were not told there would be housekeeping services, we were only there 3 nights. Came back from an outing after the 2nd night and housekeeping had been in our room without notifying us. The hotel was quiet and clean, but the coffee at breakfast was extremely watered down and not hot.

Was given an accessible room without booking one which I felt was a bit strange. Given that, the bathroom was far more dated and worn than indicated by the listing photos. Otherwise the hotel was clean and well kept especially at the price point. The hallway smelled fairly odd when I first got there but I assume it was no fault of the hotel’s, just a guest who had a food item or something. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend at the sub $100 price point!

Guest services were wonderful!!!!! Such nice people. Breakfast was good. The bathroom could use some updating, but the shower had great water pressure!!!! Didn't really like a separate entrance, but I assume you have rooms for handicap.?

The staff were friendly and encouraged us to partake in the complementary breakfast, hot cocoa, and happy hour. When they heard were in town to visit a sick relative, they upgraded our room for no additional charge. Awesome!

This is our go to hotel when visiting our daughter in Highlands Ranch. The location can't be beat. The breakfast is excellent and varies from day to day. The staff can't be beat. Special shout out to Emma who works during the breakfasts, she always has a smile and a good morning and is eager to make sure everything is perfect for your breakfast. She engages with the guests and makes you feel like she genuinely cares. Won't stay anywhere else when in Highlands Ranch!

We had a great experience, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and we felt safe. The Lazy dog restaurant is just down the street and worth a visit!
