Easy check in, comfortable spacious rooms and beds, free REAL breakfast, like the works! And the service was fantastic! Also easy to get to from the interstate. Loved staying here!

The only thing I could suggest would be some USB ports so you can charge phones. It would be awesomme as I had the cable but not a wall plug. Had to buy one from a nearby Walmart.

The room was great but left for the day and asked front desk for 4 towels and our trash to be replaced, got back to our rook was only left 2 towels and no trash bags.

There were ants all over the room, no sheet for the pull out bed. There were also a ton of Stains on the sheets. Fridge light did not work. Just over all felt very dirty.

I like the area but the cleaning could have been better. Refrigerator was dirty and the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs in my rib cage. Other then that it was cool

I arrived at my hotel. ( I had set this reservation several months in advance and paid in full.) The person at the front desk. Says that they don’t have a room for me. They had to give it away. A bus load of people came. And that they are full. No more available. Got a wedding to attend in a hour and a half. My family and I are very stressed about and angry. The person behind the counter. Finds another property 10 extra minutes away from our venue. Drive through rush hour traffic. Check in at the new location . They give us one bed room. For 4 people. Such a disaster of a trip.

Unprofessional staff
Hotel is being used to house migrants and is completely full. Despite a reservation, they has no availability and don’t notify us until we actually showed up. Had to find another hotel at the last minute. Unprofessional handling of guests with reservations.

I was told when I arrived at about 4pm day of check in that my reservation was canceled, and that a notice had been sent to me about this. I never received a notification. The reason for cancellation according to front desk was that a large group had extended their stay and taken more rooms. Based on all of the families and kids and vagrants loitering in the parking lot and in the lobby that your hotel is putting up homeless or illegal immigrants because the front desk would not elaborate. I was then given a choice of free stays at "nearby" hotels, none of which were near to where I needed to be. I eneded up spending $83.21 on two Uber fares to get from my new hotel to my venue. The whole purpose of booking with Mainstay Suites was because it was within 2 miles of my holiday party venue and driving would not be an issue.

The only problem was that the GPS keep sending me to the back of the prpperty where there's no entrance, they should fix this, ither than that everything was nice and the staff very friendly, I would stay at that place every time that I visit Denver

Nice mini Suite with with up to date amenities nice tv and a comfy king Bed with nice down comforter. Front Desk Staff were really friendly and the free hot Breakfast is Delicious

We were looking for a decent place to eat and they recommended the Colombine Steakhouse. This place is seedy, cash only, antiquated and not in a good way. Should have just left when we walked in but thought maybe it was a gem in the rough. Nope. Hotel was noisy but clean enough.

I believe I have stayed at this hotel 3 times for the convenient location to the city, free parking and rate. Each time the sink drain has backed up and drains slow: I never complain. Housekeeper inspector should catch this at least after the housekeeper cleaning sink doesn’t catch the drain backing up quickly.

I'll never stay there again
I was highly disappointed in my stay at MainStay on Sept. 4th. The staff was great and did "upgrade" my room, but the "upgrade" was even in a worse state of disrepair. All the furniture was scratched and/or had chunks missing. The hall carpet was stained and the elevator was missing trim at the bottom. A maintenance door on the soaking tub wouldn't lock or stay closed. I'll never stay there again.

Location was good, easy to find. Staff was helpful and lobby/breakfast clean, inviting and good. Our room however was filthy. There was stuff on the walls, floor looked like it has not been vacuumed/shampooed in months. Toilet was not cleaned properly and sheets were dirty and/or stained. Pull out sofa cushions were stained.

My friends and I came here for a work event in Denver. The front desk young lady wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t tell us when was check out or offered any suggestions on what to do or eat when we arrived to the hotel. And also no smile or anything on her face. We got to our room and we noticed the sofa sleeper looked like it came from a dumpster dive😳.. have included pictures of the sofa sleeper We were awakened by maintenance or carpenters who were doing the floors in the room right next door at 7 AM! Who does that to their guest?? We request towels from the housekeeper in the hallway and we never received we call the front desk it kept going busy .. it was not good at all

There are lots of carpet stains, broken things, pealing paint and missing pieces to furniture. I stayed here several years ago and it was in much better shape.
