"Horrible experience. No hot water for the shower, room was probably around 90 degrees and I specifically called down to the receptionist but no answer. Left multiple messages and never a call back. Slept maybe an hr after driving 16 hours not only because of the heat but also the banging of the doors all night long. Then, I had valet bring my vehicle in which the attendant proceeded to tell me he put the $51 charge on my tab, but I had already prepaid for parking thru Expedia. To boot, I couldn't get a printed, itemized bill because nobody was working the front desk, only the valet attendant. Almost $250 for a $120 room that was way too hot and water was freezing to shower never mind the overcharges for parking. Never stop here again."
