Property all around was full of cigarettes garbage. Almost got bit by aggressive dog and dog had to be pushed away and pulled. Standing by going in and out. Nothing to dry hands on in public bathroom. Had to leave air conditioning unit on fan wouldn’t turn on with auto. Girl at front desk was no help when I told her and called from bedroom. Left room very clean and twice garbage was left by our door. Found a few bugs in room told a young man he laughed. I have a service dog that could have almost got attacked. I should have paid half of what I paid.

Hotel was very nice and had everything I needed. Only one issue and that was breakfast was light, no scrambled eggs or meat here, and the coffee ran out one day and no one was at the front desk to assist.

Property was ok,hallway had a bad smell sometimes, think people were cooking in their room. Disappointed that there was only one accessible rm with a shower not a tub/shiwer combo. And didn’t find out on til after booking it wasn’t available. I have leg issues and a tub/shower is very hard to get in & out of especially without any handrails. Moved me on the 2nd night when the shower room came available. Breakfast was not that good (cereal, made your own pancake, muffins,yogurt and hard boil eggs.). The only real complaint is we were there 7 nights and never saw anyone clean our rm, had to go to front desk to get new towels.

Property was clean and quiet. Rooms were fine. While staff was accomodating for the most part, I didn't feel like customer service was emphasized at this hotel. Breakfast selections are quite limited, but ok for me. Overall, it was a good experience.
