I liked the location and cleanliness of the property. However, I was dissappointed to find out that many of the advertised amenities were not available. It looks like the last days of an establishment.

They charged 600 for 3 nights 40 for a late checkout when we are members who are allowed it. 41.00 for 2 ppl to have a continental breakfast 3.95 for a cup of coffee. Rude manager upfront who was here from houston. Turns out thwy sold to the city of Denver to make it a halfway house and didnt care abour their place of work or their clients who only stayed here for work because my students danced in the venue. This was a horrible stay with disgusting rooms hallways no toilet paper in venue bathrooms rude staff shaking elevator that felt like a giant earthquake. Place smells like smoke and burnt vacuum belts. No working ice machine no resturant no room service no pool absolutely rude and should be ashamed to offer a venue and dancers to stay when treated like trash

Many things were out of order - gym equipment, the pool/spa, and the ice machine on my floor. The front desk didn't inform me of any of it while checking in. Not even the location of the fitness center or the fact that the pool was closed. I would not recommend staying here unless you have to.
