Clean and neat inside. Floor in room was a bit dirty. Bedding was clean and mattress was very confortable. Water pressure and hot water supply was good. Pavement outside was potholed. Breakfast was tolerable but scrambled eggs, although tasting good were, 'bouncy'.....unusual. Very quiet althought close to Route 470. Really nice walking trail imediately close to motel and accessible by paved path. Fitness room needs free weights - a rack with 10, 15, 25 and 35 pound weights would be great. Easy check in and out.

The suite was in excellent condition and fully stocked. The bedding is premium. Breakfast is good and the overall condition of the hotel is nice. Staff was always available and helpful.
