We had dirt in our unit, in the bathroom, spiderwebs wrapped around the picture hanging over the toilet, a pile of dirt or bug residue on the divider wall and marker of how someone loved Will on the half wall facing the beds. I had shown the staff when checking out. Obviously, the only comfort I got was that they would tell their maintainance person to take care of it. I need to go to UCH again and would like to stay there as the size of the room and linens were nice. Some items, eggs, bacon were not available for breakfast.
