Perfect view at the beach villa

We, 2 adults one kid, stayed at Pandawa for 3 nights in a really amazing view on the beach/sea. Our 2 unit villa was just occupied by us so we were lucky. Pool was great and a lot of light. A place to relax, you need to take the shuttle (provided by hotel) or taxi to go into Sanur and in the surrounding of the hotel there is nothing to do. Room very modern but not always practical. Taking a shower causes the whole bathroom to be wet :-)

A totally run down place that requires some serious maintenance. - doors are rusted and don’t close properly - rooms and toilets were very dirty - beach is littered and can’t be used - food quality is poor We booked seven nights but checked out after first night. Luckily we got our refund. Don’t stay at this place - you will surely regret your choice.

People and food are excellent at the Villa. The Villas are aging and need a bit of repair but Don't let that stop you from coming. This is diffently a Get-Away-From-it-All place. I can't believe that I could afford such a fantastic place. Can't wait go return.

静かな場所

静かな場所でゆったりゆっくり過ごせました。目の前が海でプールも気持ち良いです。プールは全てがかなり深いです。 Villaは口コミほど汚くはありませんでしたが、白いタオルが染みだらけなのが残念です。また、新しいシーツに虫の羽があるのが少し困りました。 しかし、スタッフの皆様はいつも笑顔で優しかったです。事前のやりとりもしっかりしていただけ安心出来ます。

It was an amazing villa!

We stayed two nights in one of the 3 bedroom villas with a private pool. It was completely amazing and we wished we could have stayed longer before moving on to another part of Bali. It did not disappoint and the rate was very reasonable, too.

Awful Accomadation

For what it cost it wasn’t what we expected.It certainly wasn’t as nice as what was advertised. The cleanliness was below average and overall the facility was disappointing and we had to move after 2 nights. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The safe was not very safe

My wife forgot and left her diamond ring in the safe when we departed. We called and emailed the hotel within 45 minutes of leaving. The response we received, "We are pleased to inform you if we found the safe is open and there is nothing in it." Apparently, the safe is not very safe at this hotel. Further, the place was very run down. Toilets don't flush, mould everywhere, dead fish in the ponds, dog excrement on the lawn, no water pressure, poor air conditioning and doors that would not close properly or at all. Definitely in need of a serious facelift and better security proceedures.

Questionable maintenance

Lovely place but there issues with some maintenance. The last night the ceiling was leaking water from the overnight rain. Other more minor issues including shower placement, shower head, one of the air conditioners not working (wasn't in a bedroom so wasn't a problem), loose planks. Wi-Fi was erratic and generally not very strong. Nice rooms, great pool, and good views from the top floor.

Excellent stay and service; hotel was gorgeous

My family and I stayed at Bima Villa from 22-25th November. The villa was gorgeous situated in front of the beach. Architecture was amazing and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities were convenient and the staff was friendly and went beyond their duties. Kitchen cabinets were a little old and some were broken. One of the rooms' air-conditioners didn't work. However, everything else was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. 4.5/5. Well done, Pandawa Villa!

great place and the best staff ever.

Pandawa Beach Villas and spa was the best accommodation my family and I have ever stayed. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the shops and right across the beach. The staff were the best I have ever had, they were very friendly and helped with anything concerns we had, as it was our first trip to Bali. Our villa was overlooking the beach which was very convenient and relaxing for myself and the kids. I would recommend Pandawa Beach to anyone or any family who is interested in a great holiday! THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AT PANDAWA YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST.

Stay away, it's a scam

This is a terrible place. Booked a three bed room villa for three days but only stayed two. Everything so old and dirty. The white quilt is grey in color. All curtains are dirty and dusty. The living room only have two walls so feel like camping in the wild. The beach is the worst part, it's nothing like the golden sand beach but all black sand with plenty of rubbish on the beach. Wild dogs wondering around to find food, so we didn't even come close. The food is Okay but you can understand it won't taste as good in this environment. Have to leave after two days stay. I personally think most of the 50dollar homestay in BALI is much bette than this.

Awesome Beachfront Villa

The Nakula villa at Pandawa is nicely located by the sea which makes the view from the moment you step foot on the front door absolutely breathtaking. The sound of the waves and perfect size swimming pool makes you really wonder whether this villa is real. The staff were accomodative and wonderful except for a minor water outage which lasted about two hrs. They will need to improve on their emergency response plan and/or educate the security or staff on duty to reset the booster pump trip which could have shorten the water outage to not more than ten mins. But then again, those flaws can be forgivable once you dip into the deep pool and enjoy the sea view which is also visible from the villa bedrooms. Access to the beach for a nice stroll or morning jog is just a wooden door away.

Secluded. Huge villa. A lot for your money.

This would be a gorgeous honeymoon spot. Very secluded and right on the black sand beach. It's a bit far from some sightseeing so be aware if you want to walk to anything this isn't the spot for you.

Personalen kunde knappt engelska , och när vi köpte lunch så tyckte en av personalen att 40 tusen rupieh var small money och vi fick inte växel tillbaka men annars var det ok dock väldigt slitet hotell + att vi fick helt fel villa än den vi bokade

海は見えましたよ。

３泊のうちの2泊をこのビラに泊まりました。25日前に予約して、その時点で全6部屋で4部屋の空きでしたが、案内された部屋は海との間に別の部屋がある後ろの部屋。入室後すぐにお湯が出ないのがわかり、部屋をかえてもらいましたが、その部屋も夜シャワーが水、翌日元の部屋がなおったから元の部屋へ引越し、でも夜やはり初めの3分くらいでまた水。今回の旅で温水シャワーはクタのすごく安いホテルの1泊だけ。帰りの空港のラウンジでシャワーして帰りました。あ～やれやれ。部屋や庭や設備は薄目で見たらすごくいい雰囲気です。ちゃんと見てしまうと「ん～」。ビラとしての材料は整っていますが、それぞれが薄目で見ないとイライラしてしまいます。設備等のメンテナンスが雑でほぼしていないに近いです。部屋のカギは締まりますが…キッチンや洗面室の引き出しはかってに出できてしまい、足で押さえながら…洗面台の水栓はぐらぐらして押さえながら…ブラケットがあるのにテレビが無い…ある部屋のテレビはリモコンが使えないのでコンセントを抜いたり…エアコンは温度調節できないから入り切りで…しかも音がガラガラとずっと…あちこちで雨漏りや雨漏りの跡や水が溜まった天井…プールはゴミも少なくよく掃除をしています、が、その隣のオブジェ的な水の流れている所やサブプール的な所は開店いらい掃除していないと思われる汚さ…金魚がかわいそう?それとも金魚が掃除してる?…蚊発生しているようで、ビラに泊まってはじめて気になる程に蚊に刺されて…雨季だったのでドゥダルゥが出るのにドア開けっ放しにされてベッド周りにたくさん…う～…やっぱり日本人はこんな部屋に通されてしまうのかな～って悲しかったですね。いままでビラ泊ではハズレが無かったのですが………大ハズレ………
