It is not the cleanest hotel room I have stayed but the evening entertainment is the best! The bellydance as well as the live music by the local artists are the best! We booked individually but realized mostly it hosts tour groups, but it doesn't interfere with enjoying the facilities nor too crowded over breakfast and it helps with evening entertainment to have a big audience

A last minute booking ..it is a good hotel with amenities..close to touristic atractions. Clean and nice breakfast. The reception need to learn abit of inglish and smile abit

Not a bad hotel, very close to Pamukkale about a 6 min drive. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool which although small meant we could swim despite it being too cold in april to use outdoor pools. The thermal spa in the hotel was nice and a unique experience. We chose this hotel as the location meant we could drive to Pamukkale in a few minutes as the hotels in town opposite were a lot more basic.

So the hotel itself is fine and nice enough. Although the main reason we booked this hotel was for the thermal spa facilities, massages etc.. I have to say I am very disappointed with the spa services but mainly the management. The workers themselves are innocent as they are on contract from Bali and work 28 days a month and honestly they are sweet and very kind. However the woman running the spa is not professional at all. She cheapens the experience and brings down the hotel. Unfortunately she was unable to provide a relaxing environment or service for us..it was all about the money. She changed the price a few times and we had to leave

The hotel staff passed on the mistake made by Hotels.com to me. In the hotel room, the cigarette butts that the previous customer had thrown away were on the floor. I was in the bathroom in the morning, and the cleaning staff knocked twice on the door and came in without hearing my answer. I leave with a lot of unpleasant memories. Hey staffs. Don't blame your customers. It's not good attitude.

Hierapark made our stay in Pamukkale great
Amazing hotel and facilities and certainly for a medium sized hotel offered exceptional service. Pleasantly surprised and definitely competes with some of the 5* hotels found in Belek. Great front of house staff and y the lad managing the spa facilities. Just one minor point- waiters could smile a little more, understand they work long days but need to offer same level is service as other staff. Would recommend to friends and family

Das Essen war gut. Die Matratze wahr sehr schlecht. Sehr laut, bis 23 Uhr laute Musik. Das Hotel ist in Jahre gekommen.(unbedingt Renowierung notwendig!! )

Hotel is situated on the very edge of the town with an amazing valley view. The biggest advantage was the thermal pool that was amazing. The hotel and the room were moderately clean with visible age and numerous scratches. Very basic things missing - phone number to the reception and room service menu. The personnel was welcoming but the room service was a big mess - I waited for the dinner more than 1,5 hours.

The receptionist said no reservation for me when I checked in. I showed him my confirmation number, my passport, nothing helped. then after a while seeing how I struggled in trying contact with Orbitz, he said “ ohh I got you”?!! Really?? So where was my booking before?? The room facility is dirty, and seem like no one cleaned it before we checked in. The staff cannot speak English at all. I just don’t feel welcomed to be here, and definitely I will not be back

Avoid it, useless, totally unacceptable
Such a shame, a place with good potential is being ruined by the management, staff and very bad food. A hotel should have basic service, some green tea, a vase, a pillow and some eatable food, chicken wings were served, worst than KFC, most of the breakfast were the leftovers from previous night buffet. Staff moody, room condition not good, shower slow and so forth. I travel more than 80 days per year, this place they have totally lost the plot, find another hotel

Amazing stay at Hierpark Thermal Hotel.
Amazing stay at Hierpark Thermal hotel. We loved the hotel personal - the kitchen chef and all hotel personal have done an excellent job welcoming us there and making our stay easygoing. The morning breakfasts were excellent, many of food choices presented, also the dinner were great! We extended our stay by one day and spent more time taking hot thermal baths at the hotel and spent more time visiting Pamukalle.

Great stay! Definitely would go back
Experience was amazing! We booked last minute with a great price. The outdoor thermal pool was perfect and stayed open until 12am. When we arrived at 10pm, check in was super fast, the kitchen had also closed but they let us order and delivered it to our room within 15 minutes for a very cheap price. Breakfast buffet was huge and great as well. Overall it was amazing and we would definitely go back. Thanks!

I had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, the thermal pool was amazing, and friendly staff. Location was close to hieropolis and pamukkale. The breakfast buffet was good too. Overall i had a good experience. And i was able to check in early to the hotel. The receptionist (i dont remember her name) was great for doing that.

Does the job for a short stay
Hotel was clean and maintained but a little soulless - felt a bit like a business hotel with nothing above and beyond necessity. The outdoor thermal spa and hammam were nice - though the indoor pools and saunas were closed (suspect due to covid) and we didn’t use the outdoor pool. We ate both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both served as a buffet. The food was nice enough with some good salad options but again nothing hugely special (though the Turkish delight on offer was great!) The staff in the restaurant were polite enough but there was little interaction - they had several big tour groups staying so we’re fairly busy with them. However the staff on reception were great! We had some issues with our pre-booked transfer (not booked via the hotel) and the staff were really great at trying to help us sort it, even calling the company on our behalf to speak to them in Turkish and assess the issue. In terms of the location it is a little further away from the main pammukale entrances so you have to either get a bus or a taxi. The bus station is round the corner and cost us 7TL for two people but it took forever to get there as it’s a public bus so stopped at lots of other places. While the hotel directed us to the station they weren’t hugely helpful with details so we weren’t aware it would stop and got to the site an hour later than we wanted and getting the bus back was harder! Over all it does the job!
