Shower and toilet was very dirty, a lot of black grout and AC was very slow, hardly worked. Lights in the deem were very deem too

A pleasant property and environment. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The room was adequate. The pool was great. It was a short walk to the travertines and the variety of eating places around. The bus from the Denizli otogar stops right outside the back entrance to the hotel- very convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was of a good size and clean. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The swimming pool was great The bathroom was a nightmare the toilet was not fixed to the wall or floor and was diagonal in the middle of the bathroom. No bathroom mirror or shelf. A cockroach was running around the shower. The drains smelled very bad, the shower was good with plenty of hot water The new wardrobe was rendered useless, no hangers provided and no hooks in the room to hang anything. The terrace light did not work On arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed so we ate at a buffet restaurant opposite. This is a very basic hotel for a basic price and suitable for one or two nights.

The hotel is clean and overall pleasing. It’s nice and has a nice cafe area with the beautiful view, flowers and other decorations. The pool has got some beautiful lights which shine in the evening and at night. For the disadvantages I can add the locker which is not always working properly. Amazing for its price 👍👍👍

Nos permitieron realizar un early check in. Siempre fueron muy serviciales. Las instalaciones son cómodas, los cuartos grandes, la limpieza es correcta y había agua caliente en el baño. El desayuno se puede contratar aparte y es muy rico y completo. Buena relación precio calidad. Me volvería a alojar. Gracias

Great stay! Clean & comfortable room that was nicely decorated, with little extra touches which show they care (e.g. flowers on the bedside table), plus it was warm (we stayed in winter). The hosts were friendly, helpful and informative about the area. Food & drinks are reasonably priced. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the bottom gate of Pamukkale terraces / 30 minutes to the north gate (for sunrise). Recommend.

Cheap, Clean, Comfy and friendly place!
We used this as a night stop. I would really like to thank the Hotel Manager, my ETA at the hotel was well past the check in time, late at night, and the manager waited for our arrival. Check in was quick, hotel staff run by a family was very hospitable and helpful. Our 2 rooms together was clean and comfy, there was hot water running. Internet in the rooms was very fast. The building is old but spick and span and very well maintained. The prices were very reasonable! I would highly recommend this place, specially those with small children, and would definitely stop by over here again.

Suitable for one night stay at Pamukkale. The pamukkale travertines is within walking distance from the hotel. It is a basic hotel, so do not expect anything fancy, basically just for sleeping.

Family-run Anatolia was perfectly priced, excellent pool, fantastic extremely attentive service and away from the fray and crowds of “downtown” Pamukkale. Mustafa, younger brother and everyone else were AWESOME!

This was a great value. It is a bit of a walk to the hot springs but for those who use taxi no additional cost. Staff was great. I stayed 3 days. Best value of my Turkey trip. Great water pressure and very hot.

Excellent stay, very quick check-in , place is exactly as shown on pictures , it is basic, everything fictional, heat , hot water, balcony, very quiet, very clean. we walked like 10 min to the pools and restaurants, no transportation required in this area. I would definitely recommend this place, but not to those with higher expectations.

The place was good, it is less than 5 minutes to pamukkale park, the bed and room was clean. Is it simple, dont expect a fancy place. They have hot water and towells.

The hotel is located next to Pamukkale maybe 5 mis by walking. They offer also breakfast, it was a good staying during the road trip to have a break :)

The bedroom area seemed to be nice, and the only redeeming quality of this place was that the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a complete disaster, it was freezing cold at all times and had mold and dusty everywhere. The front desk was supposed to be 24 hours but it was difficult to find anyone to ask for help when needed. Also there was no swimming pool or spa to be seen

Cheap stay for one night
It’s really ok for the price and for 1 night only, close to Pamukkale site. Bed was comfortable, room bery simple but ok however bath-shower is old and dirty and fridge was not working, dirty and mouldy - don’t see why to keep it in the room? Very nice and helpful staff.

We ended up staying 2 additional nights (4 nights total). Everything was fine, but it would have been nice is the staff checked in on us, even once, to ask if we needed anything (fresh towels/change of sheets, etc.). We didn't need anything, but we sort of felt that they didn't give a rat's ass that we were there. As long as you are aware of this, I would still recommend the place. Awesome pool!!
