Room not well maintained, broken dryer, splinter under table, broken electrical outlets, bed in the living room with no blankets although advertised as sleep 7, broken bathroom door, average cleanliness. Overall still livable. Couldn't see petronus twin tower from the infinity pool, false advertisement.

We really enjoyed staying at Mandarin Oriental in KL. The staff were super nice and the concierge helped us bring our luggage upstairs. Check in was simple and there was a welcome drink and cooling wet towel provided. Room was very spacious and king bed was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave ...
