"You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first....

"The property is in excellent location close to Old Town and a vibrant restaurants area but still quiet. The particular apartment comprised an underground parking spot which is a must in the City Centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable but it could use some upgrade. The check-in and check-out was problem free and the staff were very helpful."

"Old owners that weren't taking care of the place left and the new owners are doing a great job renovating and cleaning the place up to much higher standards. If there was anything that we needed we just asked and our needs were met instantly. Even though it's an older place,it's well taken care of and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Big balcony attached. "

"Small studio but had everything we needed. You do need to bring your own shampoo, etc and room was never serviced. Communication with elite apartment staff was excellent and they were helpful. CheapTickets had the wrong contact number which caused huge problems at check in and they were of little help there."
