Hotel bien situado, con un amplio parking gratuito. Todo excelente, servicios, trato, comida... excepto la cama, no fue todo lo cómoda que hubiese deseado.

Olor insufrible

Hotel por debajo de lo aceptable, el olor del cuarto de baño era insufrible , baño obsoleto y fue una suerte haber llevado nuestros propios productos de higiene ya que los que allí facilitan son insuficientes y de muy mala calidad , solo un enchufe , cama muy incomoda , desayuno bastante pobre, el entorno es prácticamente en la periferia del pueblo , ninguna relación calidad precio , lo único positivo es la proximidad al entorno natural del Delta del Ebro y la comida de su restaurant.

Nada más llegar, y aunque en mi reserva decía que teníamos una cama doble, vimos que realmente había dos camas individuales. El recepcionista sólo me supo decir que eso iba según disponibilidad y que aunque mi reserva lo dijera, no estaba garantizado. En la habitación hacía mucho calor, el aire no circulaba nada, y cuando encendías el aire entonces hacía demasiado frío y así nos resfriamos. De las dos mañanas en las que me desperté en el hotel, cuando quise ir a ducharme, ambas mañanas me encontré hormigas en la bañera; tuve que tirar agua para echarlas y asegurarme de que no había más. Antes de llegar, llamé por teléfono y me aseguraron de que la sauna también entraba en la reserva, pero al llegar nos dijeron que debíamos pagar 8€ para poder utilizarla. Realmente, no repetiría para nada hospedarme en ese hotel en una nueva ocasión. El precio no incluía ni tan solo el desayuno y, con todas esas circunstancias, me pareció un hotel caro por los servicios que realmente prestaba.

Está muy bien situado. La habitación era muy grande y silenciosa. El personal muy agradable. El único inconveniente que encontramos es que teníamos contratada una cama doble y nos dieron dos individuales.

Tired hotel

Disappointing hotel, one man was booking in, serving drinks in the bar and doing the waiting at tables for dinner.He tried hard and certainly worked hard being on his own! The room was only adequate and the wifi was terrible and unusable virtually everywhere I tried. No English spoken by the staff.
