A wonderful surprise. The place was immaculate, and we really enjoyed the walk out the back to the beach. The room had everything you could need and a nice table set outside of every dwelling. We will certainly be back

The beach and chairs covers from the winds were great. Also pool was great, that it was heated. But the stove was very old and burners didn’t work well. One didn’t work at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Thanks we had a great time, wish the weather had been warmer.

Our day was very nice. Our room was very clean. The furniture was very nice very beachy. The pool is nice and clean as a miniature golf a grill if you want to grill the other attendance work helpful was busy around the area so you had time to ask for anything that you might need The Maintenance man was very helpfull The room was very clean very neat and everything you needed was in the room and if you needed more else you had to do was text or ask for it. It was always someone around the building working We really enjoyed our stay. I’m sure everyone else who stays there will enjoy their stay as well.

Very nice stay.

This a very nice place to stay in Delray. I give it five star's but not comparing it to the more luxurious vacation hotels like Marriotts and Hiltons. Its a low key efficiency type hotel. The grounds are clean and tropical. The pool is small but never crowded with lounge chairs with umbrellas as well as a patio with bbq. The beach has cabanas which are always available. The room are clean with tv in both the living room area and bedroom. Central A/C that worked great. Small kitchen and 4nseat dining table. Though the furniture is a little dated its clean with no broken parts. Parking has enough spots to oark my car rental. Staff were all pleasant and if you need anything such as ice they were at your door in minutes. For what you pay being on the beach its a very nice stay. I would return without hesitation.
