The King Inohios Hotel confirmed that they were transferring us to Delphi Palace hotel because they were under a desinfección process. Delphi Palace was very nice and it had a wonderful view from the terrace. The breakfast was terrible it had no variety and the tour that came earlier wiped everything and they only offered us ham and chesse. The indoor pool was ok. Internet connection was really slow.

Very unpleasant experience

When we arrived with my kids we were 'downgraded' to other facility - Delphi Palace, old outdated hotel, no family room and no fireplace as promised for the facility I originally booked. We got there late evening so we didn't have much other choices :-( - the air-conditioning was broken, room temperature at 6am was still 90F; we couldn't sleep at all - it was so hot even with the door open - my kids were surprised by big cockroaches in the bathroom (see photos) - the safe lock didn't work - they couldn't locate the key - the breakfast was all gone at 9am even it was scheduled till 10am (see photos) It was really terrible accommodation, not what I selected and what I booked! I wanted this stay to be fully refunded but they were not open to it. Btw the receptionist was nice, trying to help, but there was not much she could do to fix it.
