Yes - the spa was wonderful. Massages in India range around $35 and they are WONDERFUL. Do it! Loved the breakfast items - good start for the day. The hotel however is in a part of Delhi that is far from everything. We had to drive 45 -75+ mins to go anywhere. But I saw that with everything we did so the traffic had a lot to do with the transportation challenge.

The hotel experience was very good. The approach road just outside the hotel is a bit unclean and needs care as you can lots of stray dogs around. Inside the hotel the service and rooms was very good.

definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel, very dated and much need of a refurb. Staff were very friendly but the hotel itself was very poor horrible smell in room and corridors booked for 4 days had to leave after 2 nights

Hotel Manager Pankaj and Restaurant Asst. Manager Yogesh are ready to help the guests when required. All staff members are friendly and supportive. They understand the concerns and work to resolve them in a timely manner. I have stayed at the Park Plaza and will stay again when I visit Delhi, India.

The hotel is not worth a 5 star category. The breakfast spread was too little for a 5 star category hotel. Overall not a value for money. The hotel also lacked in hospitality of its staff.

Don't waste time and money staying at this place, most rude and cocky staff and management. They have ruined the standard of Park Plaza chain. Also bathroom has mold and rooms stink, tools are old and dirty. Cups and plates are chipped . Can't bring anything management attention because they have their head's in the cloud. HORRIBLE IN ALL STANDARDS.
