Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The property failed to reserve a room despite advance booking and payment and yet wanted me to check out ASAP. The room itself was in a dilapidated state. The bathroom has broken toilet seat ,clogged sink and the taps just had scalding hot water. Any complaints regarding the above were ignored and the rain was blamed for the bad experience
