Dear Guest, We are extremely disheartened to know that on your recent stay, service delivered did not come up to your expectations. We are a family hotel and it's not usual for us to entertain a group of friends who have taken a room to get drunk and create a nuisance for other guests. We did our best to provide extra chairs, mineral water bottles, ice cubes, food and beverages etc etc (even after midnight) and also allowed visitors after 10 Pm, which is against the Hotel Policy. We do not have a driver room at the property and Rs.500/- was charged for extra bed for the driver as request and confirmed by you. We are very sad to know that Bed size of 6*6 feet and room size of more than 150 square feet was not adequate . Extra towels and soaps were just 1 phone call away to reception. Every thing was fine until we informed you that room is not prepaid and you have to make the payment for the same.
