Day 1 I got room 108, its bathroom was stinking. Day 2 we changed go room #312, its Ceiling Ac was not cooling at all.

Was not allowed to check in, ‘we do not accept foreigners here’. Then left waiting for 50 minutes whilst an alternative hotel was found. Then alternative hotel requested additional payment claiming Ginger would refund. Terrible.

It’s a great property to stay!!! Great ambiance, helpful staff and good food!! Location is quiet and very close to embassies and at central location. Overall a great stay!!! Highly recommended for people travelling to Delhi to try it and stay at this beautiful property!!!
