"I stayed here on a business trip and was really impressed. The hotel was extremely quiet, which made it perfect for getting work done and getting a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. Staff were friendly, easy to deal with, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for business travellers."

"As a woman traveling alone, I felt intimidated and unsafe. At 3pm when I tried to check in, reception was unmanned and no-one answered the phone. A stranger, a man working on his car in the driveway, attempted to approach me when I was calling the manager. He had no reason to approach me. I have traveled extensively over my life and have a strong sense of how to stay safe. This accommodation felt unsafe to the point where I could not stay there on my own. I had to find other accommodation. I believe the accommodation should refund me because the venue is not the clean and tidy accommodation they present in their picture."

"The room was really nice, staff were nice, and it was right in the centre of town. Nightly rate was good, however next time I'll be booking directly as it would have been cheeper."

"Unable to use shower due to it being broken the day we arrived, was put in a different venue for the first night due to no water in the room, they didnt have a room similar to put us in and it being so last minute we stayed."

"They should use clean rags to wipe things down the bench in room was sticky. There is a junkie living there he was up all night in and out his room banging doors and clearing his throat. No hot water this morning first and last time I'll stay there and wouldn't recommend to anyone "
