"It was not welcoming. The address provided in your website is wrong and misleading to another property which is 500 meters away. I tried to call the contact no, but no response from the property owner. With the help of someone living in the property, the owner arrived in 5 minutes and took us to another property. "A great location if you like the "resort" vibe. There were families here, but didnt feel too family friendly; more for young travellers. Felt a bit too foreign for those wanting to feel like they're in Greece. "

"Wonderful stay. There are more locals then tourists in the area which made the stay feel less busy and more tranquil which is what we wanted. Aristofanis was very helpful with transport as the property is rural and we didn’t have our own vehicle. If you want to explore, hiring transport is definitely required. The grounds are well kept with a good pool. Thank you Aristofanis for looking after us. "

"Perfect place to stay when visiting Sivota. Perfect location, easy parking, quiet for sleeping, the extra touches like water and wine were appreciated. I liked that there was a spot to dry our clothes, swimsuits, and towels outside. The outdoor cooking area was great for re-heating leftovers. So many beaches and boats to use nearby. We had a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again given the opportunity. It had everything you’d need!"

"What a great find! The studio rooms we had were excellent - very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, very modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. We also had a balcony. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was also great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
