"The location was perfect and was the best thing about this property. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and had all the basics, but an extra towel or two would have been nice. The seating area outside the rooms and in the main guest areas was a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."

"We've stayed at the Somerset Inn & Suites twice and have enjoyed our times there very much. They are very helpful & conscientious in keeping the grounds, rooms, and pools clean & comfortable. We recommend Somerset to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Ephraim area."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pine Grove. The location is great, the beach area is wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the extras -- cookies in the lobby, included breakfast and evening wine and cheese -- were nice touches. The only suggestion for improvement I have is updating the bathrooms, but my guess is that might be coming."

"Everything at this hotel was great. Location, staff, room, breakfast. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond. Also, after speaking to other guests, a lot of them were regular visitors and they keep coming back every year. If I ever come back to this part of Wisconsin, I am definitely staying here again."

"Enjoyed the fire pit and the private balcony off our room. The grounds were very pretty with all the flowers and well maintained. The room was clean which is most important. However it could use some updating and a bathroom fan that isn’t so loud. The fan comes on automatically with the light which was not good if you needed to use the bathroom during the night. The breakfast was a grab and go …. High carb options. It would have been nice to have some protein options other than a non-Greek yogurt and cheese sticks."
