"Pm front desk staff was acting in a very threatening manner when we requested towels and a blanket since there were nominal our room when we arrived. We also told her about the door handle on the outside of the unit was broken when we arrived and the telephone as well. Her threats then escalated and we called the police on he, etc. This is the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced."

"The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. Just beware if you are a light sleeper the property is between a highway and a major road. You will hear traffic."

"This a prime location to be in the middle of everything to access it all. I stayed here for a staycation to be in close proximity to sky spa and I figured out fast that this was the perfect location to be at. Staff was friendly breakfast was hot fresh different each day and delicious. I will now put this on my list of hotels to stay at for future staycation or when family comes into town."
