"I checked in late night and didn’t know there was an intercom by the revolving door (no instructions about that although I messaged the property about my late check in). Downloaded the citizenM app which did nothing and only added more confusion. I was able to go in with another person who tapped their card on the door. Otherwise the staff were kind and accommodating when I arrived at the front desk. The cost of my stay was really expensive but I would say less compare to other hotels around. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the view from my room. I will recommend this hotel. "
"Room had multiple areas of damage. Curtains were torn, light switch was broken, lamp shade was broken, bed skirt was twisted up and the plumbing under the sink was falling apart. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed’s were comfortable. "
