The building itself is older and needs some touching up. However the room was very clean, with new bedding, a very comfortable couch, a brran new tv with over 200 channels. For the price, you can not beat this hotel.

Beautiful house with great access to the lake. The neighbors were very friendly. The community boat ramp is not very good at all. I won't use it again.
