Nice room…gr8 value, super comfortable mattress, I am trying to track down exactly which Jamison mattress it is.

Awesome stay - adult pool and family pool were both great. Love being connected to the miracle mile, rooms were big and nicely done.

Wasn’t there long but loved it. I was surprised at the smoking in the casino… smelled really bad.. otherwise great

The room was spacious, but we had a few issues. The mini fridge was not cold. The comforter on the bed was stained. The only issue we had was that we called the Horseshoe a week prior to arriving and specifically asked if the pool was open, and we were told it was going to be open by the time of our arrival. When we arrived at the Horseshoe on April 9th, we were then informed that the pool was not open and we had to use other hotel pools. When I asked the management if this was a last minute action, they said that different hotels open at different times through the season and the Horseshoe was the last one to open. I just feel like they were aware that the pool was not going to be open when I called And they didn't tell me So we wouldn't change hotels.

Clean room. Lots of space for a family of 5
