"The staff is amazing. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was well done omelet station and full bakery station. Coffee not bad. At the reception desk Mr. Stello was a true professional knew everything about the hotel and was more then willing to help anyway possible. We had a great stay even though the hotel location is a little out of the way the shuttle bus is awesome. Also the roof top pool and bar is incredible. Great find..."

"Hotel by mal rozmýšľať o výmene nábytku v izbách ma zastaralé zariadenie a čo sa sprchy týka prerobiť je nemysliteľné aby v 5 * hoteli bol záves absolútne nehygienické a voda tečie po celej kúpeľni , umývadlo bolo upchaté zle odtekalo. Raňajky slušne neurazia ani neohuria ,ale musím pochváliť personál veľmi dojemný a nápomocný + výborná káva hotel si zaslúži 4*"

"My only regret in booking the Royal Hotel is that I could not stay longer! We just stayed one short night so we could fly out of Thessaloniki. The hotel was the perfect spot, I would have liked to use the amenities more and stayed a little longer. Thanks for the memories Greece!!"

We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Restaurant Manager Ms. Konstautina. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Her warm personality, genuine hospitality, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our dining experience truly memorable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, making every meal a delight. The hotel offers a complimentary open-buffet breakfast with an impressive selection of fresh and delicious dishes, as well as an excellent dinner buffet available for an additional charge. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and every meal exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from a beautiful private beach, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and peaceful surroundings. The front desk and check-in staff were also extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the hotel management for their thoughtful gesture of sending a complimentary bottle of delicious Greek wine to our room.
