"Hotel de la Paix is a wonderful property, each of our rooms had some outdoor space and were brilliantly designed. Right in the center of town and the staff/family is very accommodating. If you are visiting Poperinge (and you should) this is the place to stay."

"The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille. "
"Check-in by very polite gentleman was quick and easy, with all information regarding breakfast times, club facilities etc being shared. Bedroom and Bathroom was exceptionally clean, with toiletries, hairdryer, enough coat hangers. Towels and bedding very good quality and bed was very comfortable. Only comment I would make is to place a water flask / jug into the room to avoid numerous trips to the water dispenser."
