Golden Nugget Lake Charles
Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online.

BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment ...
