"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. Our amazing trip to Jordan finished at the lowest place below sea level on the planet at the dead sea. The weather was hot but be warned if you have cuts/scratches etc on your body a dip will sting! the buoyancy is unbelievable! Also you do have to put up with a lot of flies in and around the Dead Sea region.

We didn’t have dinner or breakfast is this 5 star resort . Total scam and horrible experience "
