"Excellent value. Stayed in a Twin/Queen room equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, basic dish set, mugs and cutlery. Beds and room temperature were comfortable. Internet reliable. Good location within walking distance of many places. Location further away from railroad tracks, unlike hotels on the other side of Bow Valley Trail. Laminate floor. Rooms were regularly serviced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to hot tub and sauna. Main office has coffee available throughout the day. Ice machine, laundry facilities and iron/ironing board also available by main office. One minor limitation could affect groups. There isn't really a lobby or meeting area for a group larger than four. Would definitely consider for a future stay."

"Nice renovations to the rooms and spa area. I suspect the rest of the hotel will look great. Our room was less than ideal, poor location (room on the mail floor, zero view, very hot - could not cool it down). Guess you get what you pay for. Will try a different hotel next stay. "
