"The hotel was very family friendly and was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful, the lobby had a kids area which was great and plenty of board games as well , our room was a 6 bed family room ,all bedding clean and the best and most comfortable bed ever, the room was a good size, and bathroom had walk in shower with all toiletries provided. They also had a restaurant /bar and the meals were reasonably priced and very nice , we ate there on an evening good selection of choice ,we didnโt have breakfast as there was a very good supermarket at the back of hotel we bought food there. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Efteling theme park, when we return we will definitely stay here again"

"Absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, as somehow we'd booked as one person in a family room, despite searching for accommodation for 4 people. They got two sofa beds and brought them in, very kind and very comfy! This was all at 10:30pm at night! Fantastic staff. In the morning, we were all also allowed to have the breakfast, despite booking only one person. Fantastic! Thank you so much. You are amazing!"

"Budget hotel currently undergoing a refurb as it desperately needs one! Check in is next door at the Campanile, and was dealt with efficiently. Rooms were clean but very, very tired. As workers were refurbing one floor the stairs and landings were dirty. Restaurant at the Campanile was good but closes early."

"Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good restaurant. Free parking. Room good but noisy at night (134)...hard to say what it was...running water?...heating/ cooling system? Safe in room, but no instructions. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. Emergency exits and rooms well signposted but no signs for the reception/ bar/ exit. Shower good but water goes everywhere and there is no drainage outside of the shower."

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."
