The unit we stayed in is seriously in need of updating. Cracks in the bathroom sink and tub. Extremely poor design of the doors - there are 3 doors, one to the bedroom and two to the bathroom - that are constantly in the way of each other. If even one of them was a bifold, the problem would be solved. Bedframe sticks out below the mattress so that you are continually bumping into it. No means of cleaning the floor (no broom, no vacuum) even after requesting. Had to keep calling Maintenance to reset the TV every time we watched it. Very poor value for the price.

Front desk “Danny the night shift guy” after my wedding at 1 am no parking when I paid for two rooms and have 1 car . North side garage full and south garage available. Make me go to 3 blocks and park . No reimbursement was available. I did check out early and supervisor lady was rude in front desk . Worse experience ever

I don’t like washing towels every day and going to store for toilet paper and cleaning supplies. And my room needs to be updated for the money we spend. The outside is great for kids, but you have to save a chair from morning or you don’t get one. Drinks are too expensive at bar one drink cost me $17 I got a full breakfast and a drink on boardwalk for $17 I stayed at a hotel the week before and got free drinks every night and free breakfast. And maid service that’s what I call a vacation when I don’t have to do anything. And I paid less money for a cleaner room. But my kids like it there with your outside. Because we had a 4 year old and she had a new friend every day.

The pools and beach are great. They do charge a resort fee but we needed a few amenities and they wouldn't bring them because we were not owner.

The room was outdated, no room service how can you have a room with no room service? The room was old and worn down, was not like this first time we stayed. Kid pool splash area was closed the first two day we were there.

The hotel wmroom was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. They did not provide coffee. The check in process took over 1 hour and we had to wait in 3 different lines. They had us park in the garage for check in and lug our bags in from the garage but did not give us a key to get into the building.

Kiddie pool wasn’t open. You aren’t suppose to reserve chairs pool side, but it was like the hunger games out there. I was harassed pool side over a chair for almost 30 minutes. The arcade is barely an arcade. The room stayed in was on its last legs for furniture, it was also privately owned. We left a night early out of a two night stay. Worst part was security blowing their whistles poolside for kids being in the hot tubs.

Oceanfront wonderland
It was an awesome stay, wonderful location. The only issue was that the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on, felt very worn out, and the living room TV was very dark. We had to have TV for the Nascar race on the weekend of our trip. Otherwise, it was wonderful, beautiful sunrise over the ocean, the a full moon over the ocean!

My friends and I stay there every year when we come for the AQS Quilt Show. We enjoy the nice big rooms and that it is near the convention center, so we can walk when we want to the center and other places we might want to go to.

OK 4 a racetrack weekend if sleep is all you need
Comfortable accommodations, though the furnishing and fixtures in our suite were worn and definitely in need of replacement. The shower was hot, powerful and soothing. Floors were sandy and dirty leaving bare feet needing to be wipes off before climbing into bed. Comfy bed. Great pillows. No coffee provided with coffee maker in the room. Inefficient check in system; pushy upsells.

Worth Every Penny
This was my second visit and there will definitely be a third. This is a great place to stay. Book it the ocean view room with the jetted tub. You won't regret it. Beautiful view, comfy beds, Great location. I didn't try any of the restaurants on site but there is good food all around

Great location, beautiful building. Condo was nice except outdated/hard sofa and chairs and patio furniture, both ceiling fans were dirty and we could never get the TV to work. But overall a nice place! The Ocean Walk shops were disappointing, most had closed.That was one thing that drew me to this place. I did NOT like the pushiness of timeshare presentations though

Our room, 1703, needed to be refurbished. The room when we walked in smelled like years of smokers stayed int he room. The phone was not even plugged in to call the front desk about our toilet constantly running and we had to chat the front desk via the text to get them to fix. The engineer did come up pretty quick and was very nice, but the toilet flushing handle was old and did start to run again so because of the feedback from the engineer we were able to fix ourselves but this should not have had to happen. The air conditioning didn't work really well either, we had to press the buttons really hard to get to lower. We felt the hotel room was fairly common quality for a beach hotel but then we saw our friends hotel room in the south tower and realized ours was WAY OVERDUE for a refurb. really disappointed for the price we paid. The check in process took a really long time, probably 5 mins, the person who checked us in was not super friendly, she took a while to even acknowledge me and then the process took forever. When we asked a question about being blocked close to our friends she was not accommodating and did not explain that since we booked through a different site that we were not able to be blocked close.

Annoying coming off of a 1.5 hr drive to the airport. 2 hrs in and out of airports. 3 hr flight. 1.5 drive to hotel. Just to get to the hotel and they didn't have the ming bed as promised, got two twins. To get your wristband you walk 5 ft from the desk you just checked in on to two guys that walk you 5 more feet to another desk. You check in again then they direct to another desk 5 more ft away. You check in yet again and the hound you till you cave. Once you cave they get you interested in a spiff and then ask for more money. Like listen people....a vacation for some is to get away from the daily stresses of life. Not walk into another. Let it be told this was just the very beginning as to why I rated this trip a big 0.
