"i am very torn about this hotel. the surroundings of old town are excellent and hotel staff seem nice, hotel is beautidul. however if you are a foreigner and want to stay here you should not ask the english speaking staff for advice or trust anything they say. I almost missed my flight and didnt get money back after cancelling my last night. first night was cold, room heater didnt work even though I asked for it beforehand, first night there was a powercut on whole hotel. "The hardware of this hotel is good but staff are not very customer oriented except for the front office manager called Candy. She's very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Avoid rooms facing entrance, its very noisy at night because other tourists are dragging their luggage onto the stone pavement right outside the entrance . Our room came with breakfast but it is not worth getting up for. The breakfast room is not inside the hotel and is down the road in another building....
