"Everything was great! Super clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff (my kids felt so comfortable about them!) My husband and I kept sending them downstairs to get a tea bag or something else and they loved doing it! If you want a pool, you need to find another hotel but if you are there to explore the city, that is definitely the place for you!"

"This hotel is impeccable. Historical meets luxury and absolutely stunning balcony views with a pool that kept us cool in the start of the summer. They have a delicious buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner which we dined for all three. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend you stay here."

"The room wasn’t clean and the pillow had black dirt marks on it so we asked for a new pillow. They said we had to walk to the lobby ourselves to grab a new one. We also booked a bigger room but they gave us the smallest one. We were too lazy to move all our bags. The room was super tiny and only 1 mirror in the bathroom where the plug didn’t work. The shower head was kind of broken too and kept falling down. The elevators are so hot and stuffy I dreaded going in there. Also the room had mold around the corners and there was weird black fur balls everywhere. Staff was friendly tho."
