"Clean rooms, efficient check-in and very comfortable public spaces"

"Room were nice, it lacked in a few amenities the drink machine took money a few times and our drinks got stuck..they didn’t refund me it was nearly $20 CHF …bed was made everyday, bathrooms cleaned, but floors were overlooked...facecloths were never provided, two small flat pillows, with only one English TV channel and it was political news. However not all bad perfectly situated in Davos, and the room was beyond warm, with a very comfortable bed!!"

"We stayed in this lovely hotel the night before our trip on the Bernina express. The hotel is in the old town of chur which is really nice with lots of historic buildings, it was about 15 mins walk to the station so perfectly placed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from 7 the next morning but we went in just before and there were already people in there. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast which had plenty of choice to suit everyone. The room was warm and the bed comfortable our bathroom was huge and the shower was very good. This hotel is a small hotel and has lots of character I would definitely recommend it for couples."

"Everything was more than perfect - this is a one of a kind hotel which combines a historic building with modern amenities. Both the decor and the staff create an incredibly comfortable and cosy atmosphere - I have not stayed at such a special hotel for a long time "

"The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "
