First class. This was, by far, the best hotel in Davos. Central, gorgeous infrastructure, great spa and pool, chef deserves a Michelin Star and the staff are all stars. Couldn’t say anything but the best about this place.

Winter weekend in Davos

We escaped the Zurich fog to enjoy the sun and fresh air up in Davos. The Rixos Fluela Hotel was a great choice. The staff is super friendly and dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. We had a junior suite which was very stylish with 2 balconies. The bathroom was very nice and clean with an awesome tropical shower. The spa, especially the pool, was clearly not up to 5 star standards but was ok as we spent most of the time outside. The hotel facilities in general need an overhaul. However, we enjoyed our stay and will come back some time soon.

Great hotel but minor comments

Great hotel with beautiful, fresh and clean rooms. Unfortunately service was not good enough for the price. We waited a long time before being able to order room service and we were told that we could eat by the pool (which was not the case). But employees were super nice. The spa needs to be more fresh and they should add more chairs. Food was good.

Amazing hospitality, great location

Front office staff was amazing, our 4 year old still speaks fondly of the guys (Mijo, Martin and Marco) who took great care of us during our stay. Rooms were comfortable with quality fittings and amenities. Hotel located right across from Davos Dorf station.

Very impressive hotel

We were there for a ski trip. The hotel is just right next to the train station which takes one minute walk. There are skin resorts near the hotel which is convenient. The spa has different kinds of saunas and outdoor jacuzzi which is very cool! The hotel staffs are very helpful. They kept checking what can they help which makes us felt very welcomed and comfortable.

Amazing experience

The staff was absolutely amazing! The manager, to the restaurant manager and everyone in between. The new manager was an absolute delight who prided herself and her team on excellent customer service.

Kurzaufenthalt, sehr netter Empfang Innendekoration des Hotels ist ok, aber nicht wirklich durchdachtm wirkt eher etwas "zusammengestellt" Liftsystem für die einzelnen Etagen unlogisch, teils gelangt man direkt in die entsprechende Etage, teils muss man wieder umsteigen, teils kommt man mit dem Lift runter, kann ihn aber nicht für rauf nutzen.

Es war Saisonende und die Serviceleistungen waren somit sehr schlecht. Wellness Bereich hat früher geschlossen als angekündigt, man wurde regelrecht aus dem Hotel geschmissen.

Great Location, excellent Spa.

Great location opposite train station, excellent bus service from outside the hotel. Parsaan ski lift is just around the corner, cross country ski routes 400m away. Beautiful Spa with outside Jaccuzi and Finnish sauna.

Very good hotel, highly recommended

We spent one night here on a skiing trip and it was absolutely perfect. The spa and jacuzzi offered relaxation after a day on the slopes. The staff was extremely friendly and took care of everything for us. Breakfast was also versatile. The hotel is located next to the train station and Parsenn cable car station, and there is a free bus connection to Jakobshorn and the other mountains.

Five star hotel?! No way. Two stars have gone...

Very good location, spatious rooms, cleaning staff doing great work. Understaffed. One nice guy, the rest just being there. Outdated interior mocking to the idea of alpine charm. Ski room was completly forgoten to be renovated in the last 20 years.

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Tage im Hotel Rixos. Nettes Personal, sauberes Hotel, feines Frühstück etc. Die Parsennbahn ins Skigebiet ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt.

Rixos Davos belongs to the very good local hotels for both, business/sport and family/relax. From the bell boy to the GM onE can feel the positive aim and that all is done to please the guests.

19th century elegance in 21st century shape.

Prices in Davos vary a lot according to the ebb and flow of tourism. Watch for a good price, because this is a very top-notch hotel with classical old-world decoration and comfort kept in top-notch shape -- a 19th century styled hotel kept in 21st century shape, with a very gracious and helpful staff. Right next to Parsenne, it's a walk around the corner to the nearest ski destination, and also right across the street from the rail station (but does not suffer any noise from the train). I highly recommend it. The only complaint is that the consistency of the internet connection varies according to which room you are in (I stayed in two different rooms on two legs of my trip).

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Anschluss an die ÖV.

Das Hotel is gut gelegen, gleich am Eingang von Davos und hat gute Anschlüsse an die ÖV. Es ist sehr sauber und hat prunkvolle Zimmer. Das Personal war jedoch ein wenig unorganisiert und die Zimmer sind ringhörig.

Perfektes hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war die perfekte Erholung.
